Loving Self
Week 6
At the beginning of the year when I started to gage in
healthy lifestyle I gave myself a goal to focus on this programme for six
weeks. Six weeks makes a habit, however we tend not to stick to routine and
often keep up the bad habits. In order to keep on the habit of a healthy
lifestyle of exercise and eating well I should write an activity plan and stick
to it. The only way to stick to the programme is having limitless self love.
Self love in all areas, what is important for my blood, my cells, my mind,
having thoughts such as these will motivate me to do what is right for me. So on
this Valentine day, I wish to love myself more and affirm to take care more of
mind body and soul.

Eating Well
Week 6
As I started training there was a natural occurrence to eat
a more balanced diet firstly because it makes sense and my consciousness take s
over balancing positive actions of exercise with eating sensibly. Also in doing
exercises we need more energy food as our body burns the reserves. It is easier
said than done, but small changes can lead to big differences in eating habits’
in the long run. In my food focus I compare eating wrong and eating well
strategies.

Getting Energised
Week 4
The most natural way to increase energy without supplements
and energy drinks is to do exercise. It is a fuel for the energy. The more you
do, the body becomes stronger and more able to increase other activities. Although
I felt recharged after exercise, it took a while because at first I was extremely
exhausted.
The following three things has increased my energy along
with exercise

Keeping Motivated
Week 3
It is very easy to get disheartened when starting something
and the results are not showing. It may be early days yet, however I now
understand the disappointment clients feel when I work on weight loss
programmes and there hasn’t been any change in the following week. I have
started to increase my exercise considerably and have slightly reduced my
carbohydrates and consumed fewer calories than of recent. Having taken these
steps it was disappointing to see that there was no change, I was not even able
to loose the average 2lb weekly loss.
